Queen’s Wharf is on track to become the new cultural scene in Brisbane. Learn how the Queen’s Wharf Tower will place you in the heart of this new development, and within walking distance of some of the best features available.
The Landing
Located by the edge of the water, The Landing is set to be a dedicated event space that combines the best of the wider resort with the surrounding city and river. It will link directly to Queen’s Wharf Plaza, thanks to a selection of grassy knolls and terraces, and will soon host outdoor food events, art festivals, and music events.
Waterline Park
Situated between 1 William Street and Mangrove Walk, Waterline Park will provide a landscaped area that hosts leisure and relaxation activities, both for workers mid-week, and families at weekends. This includes recreation facilities and sporting equipment like table tennis, climbing walls, and cyclist lanes.
Queens Gardens
Queens Gardens (also commonly referred to as Queens Park) can be found between the Treasury and Land Administration buildings at 144 George Street. Since it was first established in 1905, the Gardens have grown into a high-functioning urban location, offering both green lawns that welcome the public to visit and relax, whilst also having the capabilities to support functions, festivals and events. The Queen’s Walk, situation underneath Queens Gardens, is set to offer a new pedestrian walkway amidst a retail space flowing into Elizabeth street and the resort.
Stephens Lane
Illuminated either by warm rays of the sun, or the dazzling overhanging lights above, Stephens Lane is a traditional laneway situated in Brisbane’s heritage quarter. Designs have been set for it to be transformed into a new location that is the home for unique and vibrant dining options, as well as the intriguing hole in the wall speakeasy bars.
T Galleria
No space would be complete without a dedicated area for luxury shopping. T Galleria is located in the Printery Building on George Street, and will hold three levels filled with high-end stores of over 100 prominent brands, such as Louis Vuitton, as well as 16 free-standing stores.
Riverview Terrace (Restaurant Precinct)
Pair luxury retail with world-class dining experiences at the Riverview Terrace restaurant precinct. Here you will find some of the best new options Brisbane has to offer, allowing visitors to enjoy a range of sumptuous, international and local cuisines while gazing out across the river onto the illuminated scenes of South Brisbane.
